Combining Science with Arts

ISWA FP7 Project – European Competition
Do you have a feeling for arts?
Do you have a feeling for science?
Are you a student between 15 and 19 years?
Do you want to win one of 35 prizes and travel to Grenoble?

Then produce your scientifically based artwork in one of the following artistic disciplines: Imaging, Cinema, Modern Dance, Literature or Contemporary Art.

Prof Franco Rustichelli, one of the partners in this EU project recently visited Malta to promote this competition. He gave two lectures at the Upper Lyceum, Victoria, Gozo and at the Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School, Naxxar. He encouraged students to participate in this competition, either individually or as a group. Both presentations were appreciated by the audience present. Registration of interest is required by the end of May on the project website. The project will then be presented by the end of October 2012. More information is available at:
